Many people always blame the stress as the main cause of all failed that they got in their job. They say that because they too stress when they get new task from the boss, they can finish it perfectly and at the deadline time. Actually, the main cause that caused all of this fails is their wrong method in manage their job and time. If they can manage their time for the job that they’re taking, they can finish it without stress.
People always say that planning everything can make you finish your job perfectly and on time. But, that’ll work, if you create a job plan based on the capability that you have. Most people create a plan to finish their job without knowing their limit and that makes them feel more stressful. And they can’t finish their job.
The other thing that also important in time management is your focus. Many people are failed because they lost their focus. If you can keep your focus, you can finish your job on time and you won’t get stress.
