 Stress always becomes one of the disturbing things in our job. Too much stress means great decrease in your working performance. And, it can come from the job itself. So, how we can solve it?

 The first thing that you need to do is manage your job. You must split the job from the easier one to the difficult one. And give the different of time that needed to finish each of them. You can have same amount of time to finish three easy jobs for one difficult job.

 Your mind will be more relax and you won’t get too much stress that can disturb your working performance. So, we can say, time management is important in manage your stress in your job.

 Do you know what is makes your effort to finish your task failed? It’s because there’re too many “too” in your way to do and finish your job.

 The first “too” is you’re doing too much work. You need to limit the task that you take equal with how many you can do. This method also keeps your working performance quality on its best position.

 The second “too” is too much distraction. People that lost their focus on the thing that they’re doing mostly will fail. So, you must keep your focus for the task that you’re accepting and you can finish it not only faster but perfectly.
